We want you to be thrilled with every bite. But if something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if your return is accepted).
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to process it that way.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us right away with photos so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
What Can’t Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (like sauces, lasagnas, or anything that needs to be refrigerated or eaten!)
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized items
If you’re unsure about whether something can be returned, just ask—we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
Want something else instead? The fastest way is to request a return, and once it’s approved, make a new purchase for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Heads up: your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process it on their end.)
